2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by FastHP.de, Christopher Lenzen, Brüderstraße 24, 59065 Hamm, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

The processing is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors. It is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of this website. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes, unless a security investigation or statutory retention obligation requires longer storage.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected service and message in order to handle and answer your enquiry. Mandatory information is required so that we can assign and respond to your enquiry.

For enquiries relating to a potential contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the proper handling of incoming messages. Your details are transmitted to us using the email infrastructure configured for this domain.

To protect the form from automated spam, it uses an invisible input field. The check takes place exclusively on our server and does not involve an external service.

If the enquiry does not result in a contract, we delete the data no later than six months after the enquiry has been fully processed. If a contract is concluded, contract and billing data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and does not store settings permanently in your browser.

5. Audio content

Audio samples are delivered directly from this web server. Playing them does not connect to an external audio service.

6. External Gumroad shop

This website contains links to our external LASTBAR shop on Gumroad. A connection to Gumroad is established only when you click one of these links. Gumroad may then process data including your IP address, browser information, time of access and referrer. Gumroad is responsible for further processing on its website. 7. Recipients of data

In addition to HEADRM96, personal data may be received by the hosting and email provider FastHP.de where this is necessary to provide the website and transmit contact enquiries.
